• Tap (NFC): Hold the card near the top of an iPhone or the back center of an Android phone. A pop-up notification will appear instantly. Just tap it to open our Google Review page or Instagram profile!
• Scan (QR Code): Open your smartphone's built-in camera app, point it at the QR code on the card, and tap the link that appears on your screen.

• iPhones: Tap the card against the very top edge of the back of the phone.
• Android phones: Tap the card against the middle or back center of the phone.

You can configure your review station instantly by following these simple steps:

1. Access the Setup Page: Tap the NFC card with your phone or scan the QR code directly from the stand to open the portal. Alternatively, visit https://nfc.jarvip.com in your browser.
2. Enter Your Card Credentials: Look at the physical card (usually on the back or bottom corner) to find your unique ID (letters/numbers) and your Key (a 4-digit number). Enter them into the corresponding fields on the screen.
3. Provide Your Link: Paste the full web address of your Google Review page, Instagram profile, or Facebook page into the "Your Url" field.
4. Save: Click the blue "EXECUTE BINDING" button to lock in your link.

Yes. If your business links change in the future, simply follow the exact same steps above. Enter your card's unique ID and Key, paste your new URL address, and click "EXECUTE BINDING" again to update the destination instantly.

No. This review link management system can be used indefinitely. There are absolutely no hidden fees, recurring costs, or monthly subscription charges to keep your links active.

If nothing happens when you tap, try these quick steps:

• Check the position: Move the card slowly across the back of your phone (top for iPhone, middle for Android) until the sensor catches it.
• Wake up the screen: The phone screen must be unlocked and active for the tap feature to work.
• Remove heavy phone cases: Extra-thick, rugged, or metallic phone cases can block the wireless signal. Try removing the case or using the QR code instead.
• Turn on NFC (Android only): Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone's quick settings (swipe down from the top of your screen and ensure the "NFC" icon is turned on).

Most smartphones made after 2018 have built-in NFC tap capabilities. If someone is using an older device that doesn't support tapping, they can simply open their camera app and scan the QR code on the card to get to the exact same place.

No. The card does not extract, harvest, or store any personal data or banking information from your phone. It functions exactly like a digital signpost, safely redirecting your phone's browser directly to our official Google or Instagram pages.

• For Instagram Followers: You will need to be logged into an Instagram account on your phone to hit the "Follow" button.
• For Google Reviews: You will need to be signed into a Google (Gmail) account to post a review. If you aren't logged in, Google will safely prompt you to sign in before letting you type your review.
